Each January we gather to honor our patroness "saint" at Oakdale Cemetery.
As we prepare for Lent, we bury the Alleluias on Shrove Tuesday, at our annual oyster roast and potluck.
Be transformed in time with our traditional British tea. Put on a big hat to enjoy classical music, lively conversation and homemade treats. Upstairs maids and downstairs cooks will serve you in style, with fresh baked scones, tea sandwiches, fresh berries and decadent treats on the finest silver and china.
Each year, area churches and community groups assist in providing over 400 Easter baskets and 4000 eggs for hunting. We help the Easter Bunny deliver them to the migrant farmworker children on Easter and share in their worship service.
Each year we end the school year with a service at Ashton Farms to honor nature and our place in it. Thanks to Sally and Jim Martin for hosting us, along with many of our kids through the years at their summer camps.
In honor of St Francis, we invite all of our furry family members to be honored and blessed.
Local artisans sell items designed for your holiday gift giving needs. The annual indoor market hosted by Church of the Good Shepherd is free and open to the public the first Saturday in November.
